Stock Spy is a software application which enables you to make sense of the news and events related to publicly traded companies.

The main user interface uses a special chart system called NewsCharts to display many different types of events in a concise way: news, analyst opinions, upgrades & downgrades, press releases, SEC filings, investment blog postings, discussion forum messages, web search results.

NewsCharts are literally a chart of news and events which is displayed in parallel to candle stick price charts. News is displayed in chronological order with the number of news items (volume) represented as the height of the bar.

Correlated with price charts

News alert with GOOG and AAPL news.

Stock Spy News Alerts display timely news updates as they arrive. These alerts are always organized by symbol so you know which company the news item pertains to. You can go directly to the company's NewsChart directly from the alert. News alerts can be expanded and collapsed by symbol and source news feed. You can open the individual stock news items, which interest you, in a browser by clicking that item in the list. Free Downloads
